O evento realizado pelo N\u00facleo Jovens Empreendedores (NJE) da <em><strong>Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Comercial e Empresarial (ACE) de Guarulhos<\/strong><\/em>, aconteceu na noite desta quinta-feira, 15\/08, no The Brick, na Vila Augusta.<\/p>\n<p>Em um bate papo, Gustavo falou sobre sua trajet\u00f3ria profissional e contou detalhes sobre como funcionam os bastidores da empresa que \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pelo 1\u00b0 empreendimento \u201cmaker\u201d do Brasil, o The Brick. \u201c\u00c9 uma inova\u00e7\u00e3o nesse mercado, o projeto proporciona aos moradores tudo o que \u00e9 preciso num s\u00f3 lugar, contendo mais de 40 \u00e1reas comuns e de lazer dentro do condom\u00ednio, desde espa\u00e7o de beleza \u00e0 oficina de ve\u00edculos\u201d, apontou.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-46005\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aceguarulhos.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/NJETalks-4_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"940\" height=\"550\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aceguarulhos.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/NJETalks-4_2.jpg 940w, https:\/\/www.aceguarulhos.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/NJETalks-4_2-300x176.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.aceguarulhos.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/NJETalks-4_2-768x449.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.aceguarulhos.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/NJETalks-4_2-752x440.jpg 752w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px\" \/>Apesar da sede da empresa estar localizada no centro de S\u00e3o Paulo, s\u00f3 aqui em Guarulhos a construtora tem 13 empreendimentos e aproximadamente 7.000 unidades. A Vegus trabalha com financiamento direto, a maioria de seus clientes s\u00e3o aut\u00f4nomos, o que explica o sucesso no munic\u00edpio. &#8220;A cidade favorece, as pessoas n\u00e3o ficam acomodadas, elas correm atr\u00e1s, tem muita gente empreendendo aqui&#8221;, afirmou Gustavo.<\/p>\n<p>Para o empres\u00e1rio, atuar no pr\u00f3prio neg\u00f3cio \u00e9 dif\u00edcil porque se cria um afeto pela empresa e muitas vezes as pessoas pulam etapas importantes pela ansiedade de realizar o sonho r\u00e1pido, ent\u00e3o a dica que ele deixa para quem quer empreender \u00e9: &#8220;Mais que a\u00e7\u00e3o e coragem, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ter foco e planejamento.
